The year of the 500^th anniversary of the Reformation calls for a new examination of the church’s mission and task in the world. This Spring Academy, under the theme “Re-Formation is Local” brings the question home to each believer and congregation. What is our mission and task in this world, right here?  Our “Re-formation” is in our own hands; we have what we need right here and now to follow God’s call to us in this place. The week will offer everything from biblical vision to practical work sessions on the neighbor and what the Gospel means to those nearby sojourners.
