The Lay Ministry Institute for the Upper Susquehanna Synod is
a new and exciting ministry. Designed to assist in the
ministry of the local congregation, the program trains and
develops lay leaders to be skilled assistants for their home
congregation's ministry. From time to time, these individuals
provide leadership for other congregations of the synod.
