SUMMARY:Bishop's Day
DESCRIPTION:Bishop Miller invites rostered and lay leaders of the synod to the next Bishop’s Day on October 2\, 2025\, at St. John’s\, Northumberland. Dr. Angela Zimmann\, Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Wilson College will present on preaching in our divided climate. This will be a continuing education event for rostered and lay leaders. \nSign up here: https://campmountluther.campbrainregistration.com/ \n\nTentative Schedule \n9:15 a.m.- Opening prayer \nMorning- Presentation by Dr. Zimmann \nLunch \nService of Holy Communion (or Service of the Word) with Dr. Zimmann preaching \nConversation with the bishop \n3:00 p.m.- Dismissal \n\nBishop’s Days provide synod leaders opportunities to engage with the bishop and enjoy collegiality in rest\, renewal\, and re-creation.
