Summer 2025 at CML

  • News

Camp Mount Luther is gearing up for the 2025 summer camping season. Registrations are being accepted. Campers who register before midnight on April 15th will receive an exclusive T-shirt. Programming information and registration are at www.campmountluther.org/summer. This year’s camping season will begin on June 15, 2025. Resident and Day Camps run until August 1. There are programs for all ages from kindergarten to senior high, adults, and families. Most sessions run for one week, but there are also half-week and day-only sessions.

The Mount Luther experience is a blend of small and large group activities. Campers spend time in a cabin group with peer campers and their cabin leaders. This year’s summer highlights include:

  • Night Owl Camp (stay up late and do nighttime activities) starting June 15.
  • Senior High X-Teen (explore your faith with your peers and do special activities) starting June 15.
  • Tracks (have extra time with crafts, sports, Lego, nature, sewing, singing, and drama) starting June 22.
  • Outdoor Quest (paddle in a canoe, climb the low ropes, study nature, hike trails, and cycle around) starting June 22.
  • Family Camp (bring your family to reconnect with God and others and get away from routine life) starting June 29.
  • Buffalo Gap Adventure (camp in the Bald Eagle State Forest and explore waterfalls, rock formations, and beautiful foliage) starting June 29.
  • Water Adventure (get wet with fishing, creek hikes, slip and slides, and canoeing) starting July 6.
  • Classic Camp (with special stuff themed around Dr. Seuss) starting July 27.
  • Servant And Leadership Training (SALT) camp for senior high who want to learn what it’s like to be on staff. Weeks of July 6 and 27.

This year’s theme at Camp Mount Luther is “Who are You, Jesus?” We will explore four images as part of Jesus’ “I Am” statements: good shepherd, light of the world, bread of life, and resurrection and life, all coming from the Gospel of John. Through the camp’s method of studying the Bible, “GROW Time,” staff help campers Gather and Reflect On the Word throughout their day, culminating in an evening worship service.  Campers also get to do crafts, go swimming, play games, camp out, and sing songs during their time at camp.
