Produce Voucher Applications

Attached is a copy of the 2025 Farmer’s Market Produce Voucher Application. Please provide these to older adults who are 60 years or older. Your help in reaching more people in Union and Snyder counties would be appreciated. Also attached is nutritional information.

The program provides five/$5.00 checks for a total benefit of $25.00 in free produce vouchers to residents 60 years of age and older (or turn 60 by 12/31/2025).

 

The 2024 TOTAL HOUSEHOLD income eligibility is:

1 person – $28,953

2 people – $39,128

3 people – $49,303

4 people – $59,478

5 people – $69,365

6 people – $79,828

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

• Please fully complete the Voucher application and sign it. Incomplete applications will not be able to be processed.

 

• Return the completed application to Union-Snyder Agency on Aging by:

2. Placing in the drop box to the left of the main entrance door at the above address

 

• Vouchers will be mailed to you once the application is processed.

  

Applications must be received by September 25, 2025

 

Vouchers cannot be used before June 1 or after November 30, 2025

The vouchers are provided once per year.
