Outreach in Washingtonville

Washingtonville Lutheran Church (Vicar Diane Booth Bubb) served the community in ministry.  On February 7, residents of the area enjoyed soup and desserts served by the congregation.  Clothing, personal care items, and other household items were distributed to individuals and families in the area.  On February 17, the CSO Mobile Food Pantry visited the church to distribute food essentials to those experiencing food insecurity.  Also, on February 26, “The Link”, an outreach service of the PA CareerLink system in our region, was present with staff and resources providing career and training information to those who stopped by.  They continue to provide clothing, personal care items, cleaning supplies, and other items to those who visit us in our social hall.
