Boundary training workshops provide an opportunity for rostered ministers to spend intentional time alongside colleagues considering boundaries so that we and others may thrive.  This boundary training is a collaboration between the Upper and Lower Susquehanna Synods, facilitated by The Rev. Lisa Raylene Barnes and The Rev. Beth Martini.  Synod clergy sexual abuse prevention policy requires that rostered leaders complete a boundary workshop at least once every three years.
