Dr. Vincent Evener, Instructor in Reformation and Luther Studies at United Lutheran Seminary, will present the 2018 Luther Rose Lecture at Palm Lutheran Church, Palmyra.  It will be from 2:00-4:30 p.m. Evener will speak on Luther, Mysticism, and the Social Order.
